These crispy cauliflower bites are a great low-calorie snack. They could also be eaten as a side dish or a starter. The are a great way to increase your vegetable intake. The recipe is easy and doesn’t require any special equipment.

Crispy Cauliflower Bites
Equipment
- Large mixing bowl
- 24 cup muffin tin Non-stick
- Sharpe knife
- Chopping board
- Large spoon
- Hand wisk Optional: You could also use a fork
- Grater Optional: you could also use a knife
Ingredients
- 1 small Cauliflower around 400g
- 100g Plain flour
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Milk
- 20 g Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Turn on the oven to 180C (fan).
- Wash cauliflower head and cut into very small pieces and set aside.
- Break the egg in the large bowl and whisk. Add the flour, milk, and salt and whisk into a batter.
- Add the chopped cauliflower into the batter and mix well until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Grate the cheese. If you don't have a grater you can cut your cheese into 24 small pieces.
- Add the cauliflower batter into the muffin tin. Top each muffin with a small amount of cheese.
- Place in the oven for 35 minutes.
